The Hospitality Development Platform (HOP) is a partnership within the Dutch coffeeshop sector focused on professionalisation, knowledge sharing and public accountability. It is not a licensing body and not an industry association, but a development platform that builds instruments, learning tracks and standards.
Target audience and participants
HOP brings together operators, industry associations and external stakeholders around themes such as business operations, compliance, staffing and public health. Participation is open to coffeeshop operators who want to develop their business in these areas.
