The Bond van Cannabis Detaillisten is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this policy.

The app only processes personal data that is necessary for the application to function, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Account and user data

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing access to the app (authentication)
• Providing and managing member information

The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the services within the app.

Personal data is not shared with third parties unless this is necessary for the operation of the app or to comply with a legal obligation.

Personal data is not stored longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss or unlawful processing.

Users have the right to access, correct or have their personal data deleted, to the extent permitted by law.

Only if you explicitly consent via the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure site visits. Without consent the Google script is not loaded, no data is sent to Google and no Google Analytics cookies are set.

• Measured: the public page visited (without query parameters or #-fragment), the referring site (domain only), clicks on a contact link, downloads of public PDFs and a successful submission of our own sign-up form.
• Not measured: names, email addresses, form text, user IDs, or pages of the admin, login and members areas.
• Google Signals and advertising features are off; no advertising cookies are set.
• Cookies: _ga and _ga_ECTM9BVP85 (up to 2 years). Your choice is stored in your browser (bcd_cookie_consent_v1).
• You can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; measurement then stops and this site’s Google Analytics cookies are removed.

In addition, our own server records anonymised page visits (page, referrer, browser, country, a hashed IP code and a session code kept only in your browser tab) to improve the site. This happens without Google and without cookies.
